rememberslide.jpgOperation Goody Bag is a service-learning project dedicated to Remembering September 11th. We remember those who perished and those who served.  OGB ships Goody Bags to our Military men & women and First Responders who keep us FREE & SAFE.

marineguys.jpgA Goody Bag is a brown lunch bag colored in patriotic designs.  It is filled with a letter of thanks, a patriotic poem, a Tale of the Goody Bag, a Tootsie Pop, TicTacs, Juicy Fruit Gum and Fun-Size Swedish Fish & Sour Patch Kids.  Just a little bag, with a little bit of home . . . saying thanks to those who serve.  As of today, we have shipped over 160,000 Goody Bags from just one middle school!

Goody Bags to Haitian orphans
Today starts a BIG WEEK for OGB students, Faculty and Families!  A Press Conference is scheduled for Thursday, February 25th as a KICK-OFF for our new partnership with The Deirdre Imus Environmental Center for Pediatric Oncology and the Catholic Medical Mission Board.  This joint venture will focus our Goody Bags to target Haitian Relief!  We will be shipping Goody Bags filled with organic treats, student-created coloring books, non-toxic crayons, note pads and a cute stuffed teddy bear to the orphans of Haiti.  We want the children to know that they are not alone in the world, that others, especially children, are thinking about them and send them their love.  Mrs. Imus and I will be coordinating this massive effort to ship tens of thousands of Goody Bags to the Haitian children!  The Catholic Medical Mission Board will be our Haiti on-the-ground support TEAM! We are thrilled to be a partner in this humanitarian effort, and can't wait to get this project off the GROUND!
At this very moment Paramus students are coloring 1000's of Goody Bags!  We welcome help from any school districts, organizations and families across the country!  Color brown lunch bags and mail to OGB.  We will fill them at our location.  DONATE to help defray our content and shipping costs.  (Click on the link above to go to Hackensack University Medical Center to donate for Haitian Orphan Goody Bags.)  One Goody Bag to Haiti costs $4 to FILL & SHIP!  Come ONBOARD!  Engage your children in a "little" project that is going to make a BIG difference in the lives of children!
