Write Letters

Many of the Thank You letters we have received told us:

"To get a Thank You letter, from a total stranger, is one of the most meaningful things to the men and women out here working to keep everyone safe."

The Thank You Letters that are put into every Goody Bag we ship out are hand-written, personal testaments to remind our First Responders, Veterans, and Active Duty Military just how much of an impact they are making doing what they do.

Host an Event

Since its inception in 2001, Operation Goody Bag has been a community project in Paramus, NJ. In recent years, however, other communities from across the nation have found out about us and pitched in. It was through the help of these other communities that we were able to achieve 200,000 Goody Bags.

But We Are Not Done Yet!

As long as there are still Veterans, First Responders, and Active Duty Military, Operation Goody Bag will committ to making sure they all know just how thankful we all really are. To spread our message, we have gone to other schools, community centers, and meetings to put on presentations.

YOU TOO can help us spread the word by having us put on one of our shows at your location. This can be as simple as a short presentation or a complete "Night of Remembrance & Hope" show recreated just for you!

Fundraise

Operation Goody Bag is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization, and the funds that it receives are used for making, packing, and shipping Goody Bags. While anyone can help out by Coloring Goody Bags or Writing Letters , we ask that groups take it a step further and help us with the the financial aspects.

Groups are encouraged to run fundraisers like:

• Selling Wristbands/Lanyards [Contact Us To Order]
• Having 'Dress-Down' Days or similar
• Collect "$11 for 9/11"
• Organize other events

Donate

Donations are welcome, as they help us with the Goody Bag shipping cost. We estimate it takes just $2 to package and ship a single Goody Bag.

Each box contains 50 Goody Bags, and each shipment can contain multiple boxes. While Groups and individuals are encouraged to donate to Sponsor a Box or Sponsor a Shipment, Operation Goody Bag accepts donations in the form of Check made payable to Operation Goody Bag, Inc. or PayPal payment.
