For security reasons, we can only accept "empty" colored Goody Bags and unsealed letters.  Do not staple letters closed or staple to the Goody Bag.  All bags and letters are monitored to ensure appropriate comments.  All Goody Bags will be stuffed with candy, letters, poems and puzzles at a pre-designated public "BAGGING" event under the supervision of  Operation Goody Bag approved staff members.

It is extremely important that our shipping weight remain as low as possible.  The less each Goody Bag weighs, the more we can ship.
